Who I am

I'm 39 years old, live in Leeds, and I've spent the past six years coaching men who want to date younger women without falling into clichés or coming across as desperate. On DatingYoungerWomen.co.uk I share what I've learned works, and what quietly ruins a man's chances.

Most of my clients come with the same worry: they assume the age gap itself is the problem. It usually isn't. What actually gets in the way is unclear communication, mismatched expectations, or trying too hard to seem younger instead of just being confidently themselves.

How it all started

I started out coaching general dating confidence, but noticed a recurring pattern: men interested in dating younger women kept making the same avoidable mistakes, from the wrong opening messages to picking apps that weren't built for what they wanted. I built a dedicated practice around solving exactly that.

Those experiences shaped how I write now. I want to give away what actually works, because so much of what men read online about age gap dating is either judgmental or simply wrong.
